    Bullying Sebastian is the first fabulation technique via children's story by Sebastian DELGADO, dps. This said children's story was published by Cultural Center of the Philippines Intertextual Division through the latter's literary arm called ANI edited by Dr. Luis P. Gatmaitan also known as prince of children's literature. Delgado's first formal education started from San Sebastian. Later on, he took business courses at De La Salle University. He attended Dialogue With F. Sionil José, a literary series held at The Learning Commons, DLSU, Manila. When held in the Philippines, Delgado attended Creating A Memoir with Robin Hemley, and Timeless Verse with Ravi Shankar--both curated by Asia Pacific Writers and Translators (APWT)--an independent international literary network. His literary pieces were published by Dawn, Dimension, MaMag malayang magasin, Dawn Poets Society, Artikulo Ko To!, Centralbooks and Philippines Graphic. He co-authored Epitaph epistles of SaintSinner and other literary pieces. Currently, he is an editorial consultant and fictionist. He is writing a novel targeting to be finished by next year. He took subjects in creative writing at The Ateneo and his Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing is in progress at La Salle, Manila.
