Not that nothing has ever changed with the Aeta (kulot) in the 20th century but that nothing changed in the treatment of the dominant ‘unat’ societies towards them highlighted during and after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo when the strength of whole nation was placed on a test.
    This writing defines the Filipino society through the eyes of the Aeta and not the other way around.
