Melchizedek Maquiso

Biography

Melchizedek Maquiso or “Doc Mike” to his friends once worked in the Office of the President, Malacañang Palace, Republic of the Philippines. Cha-Cha-Cha is his fifth book, his first novel; the others are textbooks or reference materials in higher education that he authored in his long years in state colleges and universities. He took his AB and MA degrees at Silliman University and finished his PhD at the University of Alabama as a Fulbright scholar. He lives with his wife on a farm in Kalipayan, Mimbalagon, Gingoog City in Mindanao.
